Instagramが子供向けアプリを開発中

　The Vergeが、Instagramが子供向けバージョンのアプリを開発していることを報じたところ、Instagramの責任者Adam Mosseri氏がそれを認めるツイートをしています。

Kids are increasingly asking their parents if they can join apps that help them keep up with their friends. A version of Instagram where parents have control, like we did w/ Messenger Kids, is something we’re exploring. We’ll share more down the road.

　現行のInstagramの年齢制限である13歳以下の利用し、親の制御の下仕様することを想定しているようです。

　Instagramの大本であるFacebookはすでに子供向けに「Messenger Kids」アプリをリリースしているなどファミリー利用に力を入れているところがあり、今後そういった展開は更に拡充されていくかもしれません。
